The 545nm wavelength offers unique advantages for specific applications:
"The G545D1000's wide temperature range operation has been crucial for our field-deployable flow cytometry systems. The 1W output power and stability across -30°C to 50°C enables reliable performance in extreme environments where traditional lasers fail."
- Dr. Sarah Chen, Director of Optical Engineering, BioAnalytical Systems
The G545D1000 utilizes advanced diode-pumped solid-state technology with an 808nm pump diode exciting a Nd:YVO₄ crystal to produce 1090nm infrared light. This is then frequency-doubled through a KTP crystal to generate the stable 545nm green output.
The unique 545nm wavelength is achieved through specialized crystal coating and cavity design, offering an alternative to standard 532nm green lasers with advantages for specific fluorescence and spectroscopy applications.
Engineered for demanding applications with proven reliability:
Class 4 laser product. Avoid direct eye and skin exposure. Use appropriate laser safety eyewear (OD 4+ @ 545nm). Follow all safety protocols per IEC 60825-1 and 21 CFR 1040.10. High-power visible laser - use extreme caution.
